Recently, our organization was faced with an incident of vandalism. One of our facilities was deliberately damaged, resulting in severe destruction. Unfortunately, the damage is so extensive that repairs are no longer possible.
As a result, the facility has been taken out of service until further notice. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.
We are currently exploring the possibility of replacing the facility. However, this process will take time, and we ask for your understanding as we address the situation.
In addition, we have reported the incident to the police to ensure this act of vandalism is officially investigated. We hope those responsible will be held accountable.
