Veer Apotheek has two locations in Zwijndrecht: Veer Apotheek Walburg and Veer Apotheek De Tienden. The latter location specializes in providing pharmaceutical care to care institutions. From this location, we work closely with various care institutions throughout the region.

Additionally, the machine offers a selection of over-the-counter products such as painkillers, anti-allergy tablets, and nasal sprays for colds. Handy if you need something unexpectedly! You can pay directly with your debit card.

Veer Apotheek Zwijndrecht is more than just a supplier of medications. We set very high standards for medication safety and actively contribute to various care processes. We play an advisory and evaluative role in administering medications, managing (emergency) supplies, and in the various process descriptions and protocols in the quality manual.
Good pharmaceutical patient care must be effective, demonstrable, cost-conscious, and of high quality. To achieve this optimally, a professional and motivated pharmacy team is required, along with good collaboration with other involved healthcare providers. The collaboration is personal and transparent. Responsibilities are discussed and documented.
There are many issues that every care institution faces, including agreements on night and weekend services and the resulting medication orders, ICT, data exchange between involved caregivers, harmonization of procedures, IGZ, and so on. We have substantial expertise in-house and maintain intensive contact with various institutions in the region. Veer Apotheek will facilitate harmonization and knowledge transfer where possible, while respecting the identity and market position of each care institution. Standard where possible, customized where desired! Veer Apotheek is certified according to the latest HKZ standard: HKZ Certification Scheme for Public Pharmacies version 2015.
