The repeat prescription service is designed for medication that you use long-term in a fixed quantity. Together with your doctor, Veer Apotheek ensures that your repeat medication is ready on time. There are no costs associated with the repeat prescription service.
We monitor when your chronic medication is running low. We then request a prescription from your doctor. You will receive a notification when your medication is ready or is being delivered.
We kindly ask you to fill out this form completely.
It is important that you report any changes in your medication use. For example, if the dosage of a medication changes or if you need to stop using it.
